The real reason is some think that buying token amounts at the ASK will entice others to buy large share blocks they want to sell at .0002. Often times its the insiders (like IR hack Tom Hands and PYCTs toxic finaciers) who converted preferreds to commons years ago doing it - they got shares to unload and are hoping to entice people into buying at .0002. I suspect they use the old Pino tactic of bounce trades to pump up the volume - buying and sellings shares between 2 of their accounts hoping it will stimulate buying by real retail investors.

Since PYCT is a dead empty shell that has never done any real business - those running the scam have to resort to such tactics as they have no product to sell and no means of financing even a small effort. With overseas scammers like these their intent was never to actually produce/sell product - thats too much like actual work.
