I am a share holder so let me know if I got this right. Mr H used the shareholders money and built up a good company $$ by diluting the heck out of it, reverse split and diluting it again. Thereafter, dropped from sight to never update the shareholders for the last 7 years or so or reward them w dividends from proceeds. Basically left us high and dry. Absent of selling the company, what recourse do the share holders have? Sounds like none since its been so long of silence. I guess we are only banking on him selling the company? The only chance of getting money out of this 'investment' minus flipping on hype?
