It has to be 'someone' who can "BUY" shares at UNDER .0001.

They BUY the shares at .0001 in one of their accounts, then SELL the shares to themselves for UNDER .0001, thus keeping the shares. but making it look like "frustated shareholders" are SELLING OUT at UNDER .0001.

That, apparently is not the case.

Now, who do we know "CAN BUY AT UNDER .0001"?????
