This is why you're not credible. Show me how you got 50%! LOL.

Fully diluted O/S is 56M shares as of 4/7/2003. Your 50% overhang would mean unexercised and unissued options/restricted stocks/warrants of 84M shares. Do you know how shrill you sound?

This board is funny. We have accountants who still want to be consultants and born-again VC guys who CLAIM to worry about dilution instead of liquidity events. What is the world coming to? LOL.
