KEEP IN MIND:

The 10Q was clear--THE MERGER WILL NOT OCCUR NEXT WEEK. People need to understand this. This is NOT necessarily a bad thing, but it is a FACT, straight from the company's filing, that the merger WILL NOT occur next week. The 10Q reads:

"A Merger Agreement is being prepared and is expected to be signed in early April, following which a registration statement will be filed for the common shares to be issued in the merger."

The merger agreement might be signed next week, or perhaps the following week. BUT, all merger agreements provide for a sign date and A LATER CLOSING. Note that the registration statement will be prepared AFTER the signing of the merger agreement.

Thus, the merger will not "happen" (i.e. "close") until, at the very earliest, late May. Probably more like later this summer sometime. Sorry to be a buzz kill, but mergers take time to close.

I am sure that we will see a PR that states that the merger agreement WAS SIGNED, and I am confident that it will be signed, sometime within the next two weeks or so.

BUT, the closing/consummation of that merger will take place much later.

People need to understand this fact of business life so that they do not hit the panic button and dump their shares when the merger is not consummated next week.

Normal. Expected. And disclosed in the 10Q. So relax next week. Chill. Personally, I have a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue waiting for me at home. Cheers!
