Here's what I got from ShareBuilder:
Billy V.: Thanks for your patience. It appears we're just awaiting payment of those shares and once we receive those they'll post to your account. There hasn't been a timeframe for when that will happen, so just keep an eye on your account for those to arrive.
Billy V.: Payment of the shares, meaning we're still awaiting the payment of the Spin-off shares as we don't post them until they're received.
You: ok, and you do not have a date yet? Even though the Company announced a payment date of 3/25?
Billy V.: We haven't been given a date as it's dependent on when the shares are actually received by us. They'll provide that payment date, however, there hasn't been any payment received as of yet.
You: why is ShareBuilder so slow in getting things done?
Billy V.: We don't post shares in good faith like other brokerages may, we actually wait for the payment of them prior to posting them to customer's accounts.
