Urgent- QTCQB question. With the new rule starting May 1st...does that mean AEGY is "grandfathered in" or does it apply to us also as a QB stock?

Cause I have this and many other QB stocks and kind of freaked out at the new rule! They (and all other QB) stocks 00 and 000 would all have to do a RS to get the price over 0.1 to comply!
