Dunkj, It's my understanding that FH has a 'process' NOT a product that is a candidate for a patent. Your emphasis is on 'product'. Why?

FH can produce a quality product via his UNpantented 'process' where the product is competitive in the market place. Why would any customer care about the 'process' that FH is using? I would think that they would care about the 'product'?
