that doesn't mean that stocks over .01 will be OTCQB. they can still be pink stocks. i would imagine there will be many as they won't want to pay the fees that will come with OTCQB:

OTC Markets also will charge a one-time $2,500 fee for new applicants and an annual $10,000 fee for companies trading on its markets.
