1. Mr. Nicholas has over 12 years of, Executive Management, and Sales and Marketing experience working with a Fortune 500 healthcare organization.

2. He has worked with Start-ups and Private Investors, and has built a national medical and retail distributor network of more than 40 distributors in over 32 states.

3. He has re-engineered several healthcare manufacturing business models and sales and marketing processes to drive overall corporate execution and return on shareholder investment.

4. Most recently, Mr. Nicholas has been instrumental to several healthcare technology organizations in:

i) providing financial programs
ii) building sales and marketing organizations
iii) auditing FDA compliance and
iv) has designed product and services technology delivery systems to support business operations.

5. Mr. Nicholas has worked with hospitals and clinics around the country to market and implement new medical products with comprehensive training programs.

6. Prior to joining the Cal-Bay International team, Mr. Nicholas launched several new medical products into the hospital and clinic market space in the US markets.

7. Mr. Nicholas has advised numerous public and private organizations on business modeling and various sales and marketing initiatives including technology, healthcare, financial services, retail, entertainment, and manufacturing.

8. His consulting and management experience includes working with Kaiser, IBM, Nike, Columbia University, Memorial Herman, Arnold Palmer Hospital, HP, Cisco, Charles Schwab and many small to medium size private practice medical groups and clinics.
