The thing of Visser is not a thing of the past.
It is a thing of the present.
It is a thing of the ongoing future.

It is haunting the viability and profitability of this company.

You can pay for this mistake with more and more dilution.
I choose not to. Most on this board also choose not to.

Anyone who does not like rants needs not respond to them. The ignore button is quite handy.

Glossing over major, if not fatal flaws, is not the remedy for poor management.

When compadres see how much this flaw is going to cost each and every shareholder, they will wonder why they didn't nip things in the past instead of letting them drag the company down into the future.
