Basically a R/S will kill the present and, most likely, the future of this stock. I've seen it happen many times with the pinkies. I'm sure you have as well. This should not happen here. If it does, any trust left will disappear and there will be no more buyers. By By ENTI.

So, I highly advise Hudson not to issue a R/S.
