...amy would have been appealed EITHER WAY - even if we had WON.........but we also could have forced a send-back for a full trial, had we pursued the APPEAL.........and amy asked herself a question near the end of her ruling that asked whether the bank would have survived had the OTS given the bank and CRP more time to materialize.........."maybe," she stated to herself............appealable, BIGTIME.........

...and remember, amy rendered an APPEALABLE decision..............
