Why did Amy take so long to rule? Everyone assumed at that point in time that it HAD to mean something good for shareholders right? Wrong.

Now the BK is 'taking too long'...which others here much smarter than you or I have dismissed as nonsense (see: list of Q stocks in bankruptcy for 5-10 years plus) and the assumption AGAIN is that it means good things for shareholders. I think this assumption is flawed.
