So what happens when Regen gets it's own ticker?...
Does the value of BMSN go down, because they are now seperate? Do the BMSN stockholders still get value from REGEN if they bought in after the Dividend date?

does it work like this?

BMSNs goal is to have partial ownership in many companies, even if they have there own ticker, and bmsn records a percentage of there revenue according to the percentage of ownership?
