Janice, in re: your PM to me (I am not a subscriber and don't have outgoing PM) - Foldoink PM'ed me a nastygram yesterday (Monday) claiming he had an appeal on file (which he still doesn't - he has a motion for bail). I don't think his lawyer is being realistic with David about what is going on and his abysmal chances to stay free for more than a couple/few weeks at best.

How funny that he PMs us though!
