FIRST BETA PRODUCTION JETBOARDS SHIPPING!!!
You will see it is an incredible time for PowerSki International as we enter
the market with this huge wave of excitement. PSI has begun shipping the
first beta production boards for promotion and pre-sales for the consumer
delivery in 2003. These first boards have gone overseas to the international
distributors and after receiving US Coast Guard, they will be shipped
directly to the official Powerski Jetboard dealerships in the USA. Beta
production boards have been shipped to Spain, France, Portugal, Korea,
Mexico, UK, Caribbean, Hungary and Thailand. Loaner boards were shipped to
dealers for a variety of boat shows in Texas, North Carolina, Oregon,
Minnesota, Illinois and New York. The results from these boat shows has been
phenomenal and can be seen on our website.

The Powerski Jetboard Igniter 2000 is one of the safest watercraft developed
and features a non-directional jet drive with a patented hydrodynamic
contoured hull shape, where if the rider releases the throttle at full
speed, he/she can still maneuver the craft into a turn to avoid any
potential accident. This is similar to a surfer, wakeboarder or waterskiier.
This is opposed to the swivel jet watercraft, whereas, once the rider
releases the throttle, he/she cannot turn the craft. The Powerski Jetboard
is also very easy transport at 120 lbs and less than 8 1/2 feet long!

The PowerSki Jetboard was featured on the hot & hip TV show, Livin' Large.
This new weekly one-hour magazine-format series that celebrates life at its
very best and the people who live it to the fullest. Livin' Large takes the
viewers into the worlds of today's young movers and shakers - those
individuals who are living their dreams with passion. Livin' Large premieres
on NBC and will continue to air the Powerski Jetboard segment through 2003.

The PowerSki Jetboard will be featured in the Vogue Publications' Conde
NastTraveler in the December issue. This beautiful magazine takes the reader
to most exquisite locations in the world and the great things to do there.
With 800,000 circulation, the Jetboard will be seen by the high end
traveler.

The PowerSki Jetboard was a key element in the new television show
"Worst-Case
Scenario". This is a new show from Executive Producer Craig
Piligian (Co-Exec. Producer of all three seasons of "Survivor.") The
producing studio is Columbia Tristar TV and the show is scheduled to
premiere this summer on TBS Superstation during Wednesday night prime-time.
"Worst-Case Scenario" will be following "Ripley's Believe It or Not," the
network's number one show, pulling approximately 3,000,000 viewers weekly.
The show will be action packed and target men, ages 18-35, as the primary
audience. One segment per show will feature "Gear Girl" a sexy but tough
female hostess (played by stuntwoman/actress Danielle Burgio) in "James
Bond" type situations, using new technology to get out of bad situations.
Danielle is a featured stuntwoman in "Matrix 2".

E! Television has been airing worldwide the show featuring the Jetboard and
their search for a new host for Wild On E! This show airs to 140 Million
homes worldwide ! Along with the host Art Mann, the hostess candidates rode
the Jetboard to see who makes it on the show. The segment was filmed at Lake
Mead outside Las Vegas, Nevada. Everyone rode great. Look for repeats of

Jetboard Makes Big Splash in Thailand: Jonathan Brazee the distributor of
PowerSki Thailand, will personally ride the PowerSki Jetboard at the
International Championship Competition 'Thai Airways International-Jet
Sports King's Cup Thailand Open 2002'. The event was held on December
7 - 9 , 2002 in Pattaya . 'The King's Cup.' The Jet Sports King's Cup has
been held in Thailand for 6 consecutive years and there were riders from
more than 20 countries in the event. The PowerSki Jetboard will be
demonstrated on both days of the event in
front of thousands of spectators. This will be Jonathan's second performance
at this event. Last year Jonathan had only ridden twice with our team and
could be described as a novice rider, yet he performed brilliantly to a

PSI named its first US dealer in Houston, Texas. William Hubbard signed the
paperwork and invested in the company to become the first official PowerSki
Jetboard dealer. It was an easy decision for William as we handed him three
deposits for Jetboards upon signing the dealership agreement.

PSI has received a US Utility Patent for the engine technology for both
two-stroke and four-stroke; ALL CLAIMS ALLOWED! PSI has also received engine
patents in 8 additional countries including Asia, EU and Australia.
PSI has completed an R&D project with Zodiac installing the patented
SuperTorqueXT marine engine in a 9' inflatable yacht tender. Zodiac has
invested and become a partner. They are currently developing a new line of
inflatable boats around our engine and have given us a letter of intent for
1,000 to 10,000 engines in 2002.
