Book was listed as 1977, First edition, First printing... They sent me the second revised edition from September , 1985


What a cheek!

If you have a look at the images on my web site - in the "AIM" section, there are some (small) images of each of the editions.

From what I can tell the first and second edition front covers do look very similar apart from the bottom end of the front cover where it quite clearly says second revised edition. I can't imagine how they missed that!
