Bioelectronics Corp (BIEL)

I've been holding BIEL for a long time (2004 or earlier) on the recommendation of the brother of a friend who owns an investment firm. He said BIEL was worth putting a few dollars into to sit on. He can't offer such advise to his clients, but he gave it to me, and I did what he said. I've been watching this stock rise and fall every year. It's nice for building our shares up...just in case, but what happens if they boom and join the big leagues? Do we lose our shares when they change markets and gain new status/symbol?
