SFY represents acreage in the Eagle Ford shale, significant production and now huge ngas potential. 22,000mcfpd for an onshore well??? and dozens of followup opportunities?
The NPV value of their holdings is in the billions of dollars and SFY is valued around $475million. Cashflow is $2/qtr! Price to cashflow is a little over 1.
This is dirt cheap but so far it hasn't mattered. Yes, they need to sell some Louisiana acreage to fund the EFS drilling. If they can do that soon AND find a big partner for the huge ngas wells, they could easily be a multibagger with minimal downside.
But I'm a bagholder so my view is suspect.
