The title of your linked article is, "Northwest Biotherapeutics Gets Compassionate Use Approval and Makes a PR Gaffe".

The author is giving the same weight to these two issues. That's ridiculous! It doesn't take any background to see that. This person clearly has an agenda.

Thus everything you read further, if you bother, should be viewed in that light. This man is a crook. As in crooked. As in not the straight scoop. He is a manipulator. A con man. And there is a small army of them out there.
