If indeed Wave has a product and IP of value, and apparently they do, I would be heavily leaning toward your possibility of a buyout senario. There is very little to prevent that from happening other than wishful thinking. Management no longer has sufficient control to preclude such a move and as the dilution continues the "Waviod" control diminishes as well. Additionally, the lower the sp goes through dilutive financing, the lower will be the buyout premium.

Were I an interested buyer I would be standing by for the low point ready to move. Obviously there are several canidates which would make a nice fit, with security companies such as Symantec leading the pack.

As a long time long, and large position holder, I hope I'm wrong, however I think we would be naive to beleive this outcome is too far down the list.

I'd be interested in your or anyones thoughts.
