I don’t know which junior you are trying to mount, but please stay away from Petaquilla.
Peta is in very difficult position and is trying to avoid the scenario you described in your post. Situation reminds me very cruel negotiation between the parties right before the action begins.
I anticipate final resolution coming together in a few days, weeks or month (pick one).
Hopefully (here that word again) – it will be solve to a mutual satisfaction as it always does in that kind of position.
