Caterpillar called me today and confirmed that the PO was issued to ADFS.
She had no idea why ADFS chose that particular wire service to publish the press release.

As a lesson to ADFS and their CEO SCALES, please note that your customer (CAT) uses PRNEWSWIRE, a first tier publisher, to carry their news.
