question is now where are we with the the deal with the "major" miner.
my best guess is, they are in some stage of negotiation; no deal guaranteed at this point.
why the agm then? I'm still of the opinion it HAD to be called by law to conduct some sort of business, election of officers? new stock options? something to do with the potential deal that is being required by the "major" miner?
One thing for sure, they want to keep attendance low. Mothers Day? That was no accident.
