frank you will never get it ole poop...the top 5 % of any intellectual available folks be it medical; engineering; or enviromental..are the cream of the crop in any of the arts and sciences etc...idcc has to hire the best..you made the statement where you equated just how many options are required to get one good patent...frank this is where you and your friends are totally missing the point...idcc is a patent producing factory..if we dont get the best engineers and they will only come if we have good salaries and an option package.idcc is competeting with companys that give big time options...if all of us longs believed your hype we would not be able to get the best engineers ...i think you and others are full of poop,,,raymond
