Why I feel negative about Tuesday's CC.

I don't think we will see the real value in IDCC UNTIL we see a positive statement that Nokia and Samsung's rates are established.

If the CC gives us these rates, then I still feel that management is either holding back or afraid to put the pressure on them.

But then again, we will know on Tuesday and maybe my concerns will be behind us.
