Hey, I have a question that has been bugging me. How long is the "radio silence" mode required by the SEC? I'm just wondering if they are still under the gag order by the SEC for the REGEN dividend. My reasoning behind this is that Koos may have already filed dCellvax with the FDA IND at the beginning of the quiet period and is not allowed to report it due to the SEC. This of course also goes for Hemacellerate I as well. Personally, you get an Unofficial call from the FDA and slap down a S-1A immediately so you don't have to report it until the rocket platform is quite higher.... (easier to get to the moon from Colorado than from New Orleans....Much love NOLA geaux tigers) I know this is all speculation and my hamster running furiously on the wheel in my head but it is possible. That and just think how awesome it would be to know that they are already organizing human trials, or the next IND is one month submitted....
Also, on the subject of dilution!!! Yes we went through a rough summer and fall of dilution. "gotta pay bills, pay for a yacht...etc." What did we really get looking back in retrospect? Oh yeah, just the rights to a vaccine for breast cancer. Yeah folks! I don't think anyone will be complaining if dCellVax works and breast cancer goes the way of polio. We can also see this now as well. Koos filed a patent on what I feel is phase III of the drug revenue stream recently. To pay for this I see that lil sis is being diluted today for what is to come tomorrow. (BMSN and REGEN have said that they would not dilute as per the S1 if I'm not mistaken. I wish I could post the picture of the 35 ducks swimming in the river I took of my porch because some of them were starting to get in a row......Good times are a coming folks! Really good times.....GLTYA and yeah this is TOTALLY IMO.
