Hi Beta,

thank you for the explanation, the more recent acquisitions have been around technology, so that may explain it.

I am not short the stock presently, just trying to understand whether it may become one or whether to consider Puts. They keep changing all the time and are pretty nimble for such a huge enterprise, but I think their US Operations are showing troubling trends including 4 Q's of declining same store sales and rising inventory.

Another issue is they really have cut labor hours in recent years and I believe this is leading to many of their store condition issues and also labor unrest.

Usually they have done well in an economic decline but next time it could be different(?)
