Guys, I think we have discussed this ad nauseum. We all know they are brutal when it comes to releasing / divulging info either in PRs or via IR, so really why argue about it because one guy disagrees ????
Hopefully.....theres that word again, the deal will be wrapped up and released this week. My two cents FWIW....if we receive somewhere in the area of 50-60 mil, it will give us a few more breaths to survive down the road. I do not see a pop in the SP unless something juicy is incorporated in this deal. Our SP will be soley weighed on our balance sheet and production, plain and simple. Get that joke operational (HL) and lets get going already. Turf Spain, and move on.
Its pretty sad we have to base our future on a deal bcause we didnt have enough business sense to survive without another company assisting us. Great job Richard.
PTYgold, based on your understanding, it was similar right down to the dollar of what German Investor posted in the article.
