It's not a drug, it's a treatment. One drug in clinical trails with a request for FDA Orphan status, I can see 500 million. Look at how much the market is for this treatment, I believe it was more than a 10 billion dollar market (don't quote me). If it passes clinical trails (With Orphan approval, clinical trails last no more than 60 days), it'll easily be a billion dollar treatment.
