I completely agree 500 million is a fair estimate given clinical trails and Orphan status, maybe 1 billion, since the clinical trials would then only be 60 days.

3 billion is not unrealistic, I don't think people really read about these treatments and what they can and what they currently do. I also feel that the clinical trails have little chance of issues considering they're using the own patients cells.
