Bleckgirl you must remember that it took almost 57 days for the SEC to have comments given to STRU the first time. All in one lump sum of comments. In that amount of time the case worker became very familiar with STRU. The same case worker is probably doing the refiling. Investors have been calling them. Didn't Doug ask for that to stop? I wouldn't think that this case worker would take another 30 days to review the answered comments. I have heard that the questions get handled right away but it is just opinion. Like others say I don't think STRU would have called for a share holders meeting if they thought the process would take that long. I believe that all the comments will be dealt at once and STRU's answers hopefully won't generate any more comments and we can get relisted in early to mid October. That is what I'm hoping for.If not STRU will have something huge to blast away the rolling pattern established by investors now 4 times on the pinks. Believe me Doug knows the trading game and how it works and that's a fact. Best of success to you. IMO TEK
