P.S. I too think that CWIR

WILL go to .01 - .02 the day they announce the restructuring and the new ticker !

the reason being is that I feel the owners are acting with integrity and are REALLY smart people !

The 20 bill A/S is MUTE point since it's A/S only !!!!! created by the previous team !

The O/S is just below 2 bill with insiders holding 67%

therefore the float must be (as you stated) 500 - 600 mill shares

with MOST of those held tightly by SMART individuals ... ( like you and me ...... LOL )


after 1 to 2 cents and consolidation CWIR will go to over a dime ...... IMHO !
