Colorado SOS will not be updated to Monday, but you should see then a filing showing the merger of Fuzz N Buzz Brands, Inc into Central Wireless is completed and time stamped. This is then automatically sent out to several regulatory agencies including FINRA. FINRA then acknowledges merger and updates their system accordingly if all other info they want is in. Mike said it would be done in JULY after the holidays. So, could happen anytime in JULY then is they the time frame. But having the MERGER COMPLETED AND STAMPED BY COLORADO IS A HUGE UNDERTAKING THEY NEEDED TO CONFIRM THERE WAS INDEED A MERGER ACCEPTED BY THE SOS OF COLORADO.
