I also checked with Fidelity, my other broker. Same story. I only have 900k shares, though. Who knows, maybe someone will buy the shell, clean it up and do something with it. It does happen. What we need to do is get Jorge to make a deal with someone who cleans up dirty shells, and then find someone to reverse-merge with it. Thats about the best idea I can come up with.
