It's simply called rewarding those that made it happen....ie..US!

Usually a Company sells shares on the open market to provide funding for their operations, but he did it in reverse!!

We will see IF he is man enough to put out some good money to provide VERIFIABLE and PRODUCTIVE information in order to increase the value of the Companies stock....I'm NOT gonna hold my breathe though.
