Orangeman, you've gone back another 4 years now to 2002. That was another lifetime versus where things are today.

Yes, Cetek issued RegDs back then when he bought Hybrid-Tek for $900,000 and Belanger for about a half million dollars. I didn't like the dilution then, but in retrospect, they both seem like pretty good investments now. He also announced that he had 6.1 billion FULLY diluted shares (if all the convertible debt were converted into shares). And since then, there have been no RegDs and hence no subsequent dilution.

Now you can post until the cows come home how he's issued shares to pay whatever debts he accrued since 2007. But yet again, your assertion is preposterous, because (1) The stock traded at no bid most of that period. (2) There were rarely trades at even .0001 for much of that time frame and certainly no volumes anywhere near the 3 or 4 billion shares you claim got issued. (3) Hilal has never issued new shares without some kind of a PR to move the price up, and he sure as heck isn't stupid enough to try to dilute when the shares are at no bid.

Orange, why are you guys so desperate to get this stock back to zero. What is it that you gain by it being at no bid versus .0002 or .0003 or .0004? DO you have so many shares short that it's some humongous margin call you have to meet? Explain the rationale to me.
