We've all done every bit of homework possible we can with every source of public information we can find since the 8k hit on 3/5.
we're all still waiting for filings that will lay out the details of what merger process/share exchange is underway here, but there have been so many confirmations thus far, people have been more than willing to speculate on all the evidence that has piled up so far.
but we don't know if multiple acquisitions are occurring here or not, but so far everything has pointed to that. so its not without some risk til we have actual filings laying out all the details. which we're awaiting.
