KNM, I was told that any state would enforce the other state's statutes, but we can check with other osurces to be certain.

Previously, I talked with a bunch of attorneys with national/regional reputations, and none were willing to take a class action case on a contingency basis because they have no idea what the company is worth. We could probably solve that problem if we get a look at the books. So, there will be upfront legal costs to see the books unless Hilal just says "Sure, have a look whenever you can make it over". LOL

But once we do, if they're as impressive as we expect, then I think a contingency is possible, using some shares of stock.
