what I see on CWIR's level 2 is that "someone" is SERIOUSLY accumulating

in the process is hitting the Bid with small 25k orders

IMO, trying to induce selling ............

plus

CWIR moves on a SMALL volume .............. .01 - .02 is coming upon the FIRST PR

whatever the PR will say ( in addition to what's ALREADY on the OTC Pink site ) ............
