Maybe you didn't get the whole message: REGEN-share-divi is given to you for the BMSN-shares you hold, they are not exchanged. So even if the valuation for REGEN would be lower than the anticipated 1$ you still have all your BMSN-shares. So what's the problem with getting a gift ???
