Yes, I have seen the tie in with Pino, but Mr. Cerdo is the CEO and they have distanced themselves from his influence.

What on earth makes you think that? And do you imagine for a moment that Cerda would tell me that Mario controls the company and that he's only a front man?

The bottom line is that Mario owns at least 30% of PYCT.
