Vancouver, BC - March 3, 2014: Further to its news release of February 18, 2014, Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. (the “Company”) confirms that negotiations are continuing on a material agreement. Agreement was not reached by the end of February 2014 as previously indicated but all parties are now hopeful that if the negotiations are successful it will be during March 2014.
The negotiations are focusing on matters in the Petaquilla mining district in the District of Donoso, Panama. Further details shall be disclosed upon conclusion of negotiations.
At no time does this PR state that this will be done this month. Based on what PTY states, it should be. If it does go past March the SP will continue to retract and another pitifill PR will be released. What are the chances of this being wrapped up in 8 more trading days.......
Is anyone aware whether or not FQ has made any mention to their shareholders about what is currently going on or are they hush hush as well?
