Kind of suspect they didn't bring up the ATM after the preferred share sale. That would have been huge. Instead it's more like "Look at all this money we raised, and we're still raising!"

What else could it be? We're above the $1.75 level where they sold ATM last time. I'm sure in their minds they're doing us a favor by selling shares in the $2.30's. THANKS PAUL, MAY I HAVE ANOTHER?!
