We don't know that.

Everyone knows that it is running. There are always posts that the ATM has stopped and or come up with reasons why there would be ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to run it. However, every Quarter.. the ATM was run at sometime.

I am 99.999% sure the ATM has been used since the last time it was used. It will continue to be used until there is a PR Stating, they are NO LONGER going to use it. Then again, the winds might change and the ATM will be used again.
