Thats because the shares (divy) have not been approved for issue as of yet. If you would read all thats been posted here regarding the Divy EX-Date being unknown to date pending SEC approval you would know why you don't have the shares yet. Once SEC and FINRA notification is given to REGEN or BMSN then they will establish the PAY DATE to which shares will then be issued to those that have an elgible amount of BMSN shares that correspond to any dates involved and required to receive said shares.
