OT, what's your take on this? It seems so far their last two contracts have been with the a discovery firm and now the law firm that is handling their cases against Whitesky and phonefactor/Microsoft. Also the same firm that has gotten their patents in the first place. Do you think it may be some form of payment? Or do you think it solidifies their chances of a win and that's why Blank Rome decided it was safe to implement?
