In researching the domain name (innovation-partners.com) I see it was registered at least as early as 2001 and has changed hands multiple times. It dropped (i.e., expired) a few years back and was re-registered by a Chinese individual who is active in reselling domains. From what I have researched, this person registers/owns hundreds of domain names and lists them for sale on various sales platforms.
It was reported that the domain innovation-partners.com was sold on Dec. 22, 2013 on a popular aftermarket website for domain sales named Afternic.com. The sales price was $1,059. (Link to sales report)
Now, via archive.org's wayback machine we can see that the first archived snapshot was recorded on Jan 7, 2014. So that means the website went live sometime near the end of last year or at the beginning of 2014, at the latest.
IDCC and/or whoever is in charge of this domain really should update the contact info for the domain. They paid over $1K for it three months ago but it still shows as being owned by the previous owner. That could be problematic if the seller wants to be a jerk.
