Lots of possibilites when a company raises the OS....

Shares for officers compensation
Shared for acquisition
Shares for promoter
Shares for toxic financing
Shares to sell for capital

In this case they had 60m+ shares vote to approve this resolution, so those owners would be diluted if this was bad. I think they have raised the OS for something positive, the difficulty is we don't know what that is.

It also tells me that we have a float of less than 12Million.

Hopefully this is positive and we will find out in the next few weeks,
